ICC – Incredible Chic Collections® Lifetime Guarantee

At ICC – Incredible Chic Collections®, we are committed to producing high-quality jewelry designed for long-term wear. We proudly offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all eligible non-custom Gold-Plated and Vermeil jewelry.

If your eligible item becomes damaged, fades, or stops functioning under normal wear, you qualify for a one-time replacement of the same item. If the original design is no longer available, it may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.

Please note: Once a damaged item is received by our team, it cannot be returned to you.

1. Return Eligibility (30-Day Policy)

Eligible products purchased from ICC – Incredible Chic Collections® or ICC Dive may be returned within:

  • 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after inspection and approval. Standard return shipping fees apply.

2. Standard Return Label Fee

  • Gold-Plated Jewelry: $8.99 return label fee

This fee applies to standard returns and does not apply to approved warranty claims unless otherwise stated.

3. Warranty Processing Fees

The following processing fees apply to warranty claims:

  • Gold-Plated Jewelry: $10.99
  • Earrings: $16.49
  • Moissanite Jewelry: $27.49 (additional fees may apply for multi-stone or lost-stone cases; jewelry only)
  • Solid Gold, Watches & Custom Pieces: $54.99+ (fee varies based on repair complexity)

4. Exclusions & Limitations

The Lifetime Guarantee applies only to:

  • Non-custom Gold-Plated jewelry
  • Vermeil jewelry

The following items and conditions are not covered:

  • Custom items
  • Solid gold jewelry
  • Watches
  • Apparel
  • Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, chemicals, accidents, or improper care
  • Lost or stolen items

5. ICC Watch Warranty

All ICC Watches include a 1-Year Standard Warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Internal movement
  • Hands and dial

If a covered defect occurs under normal use, we will repair or replace the watch, at our discretion, at no cost.

What the Watch Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Battery replacement
  • Normal wear to case, strap, or bracelet
  • Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, impacts, or accidents

No stones are used in ICC Watch designs; therefore, no stone-related exclusions apply.

Non-covered watch repairs are subject to a $27.49 repair fee.

2-Year Extended Warranty (ESP)

An optional Extended Service Plan (ESP) may be purchased within 30 days of watch purchase and includes:

  • One additional year of mechanical coverage

6. Custom Item Warranty & Repairs

Custom jewelry is final sale and includes a 30-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee.

Within the first 30 days, customers receive:

  • One complimentary repair for verified craftsmanship defects

This guarantee is void if:

  • The item is exposed to water
  • Damage results from impact, misuse, or improper care

Repairs typically require 4–8 weeks once received. After 30 days, repair fees begin at $53.99 and may increase depending on complexity.

7. Solid Gold Repairs

Solid gold jewelry is final sale. Repair services begin at $53.99, depending on severity.

8. Same-Day Shipping

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST, Monday–Saturday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day. No shipping occurs on Sundays or U.S. federal holidays.
